Join me at 7:30am on Sunday 20th July for a feel-good Pilates session by the sea, followed by a post-class brew from the brilliant Hannah at @howleycoffeeco
We’ll stretch, breathe, and wake up our bodies with the sound of the waves (and the promise of caffeine). What better way to start your Sunday?
