Terms and Conditions:

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns, artist availability)
Only food and drink purchased from the Lookout can be consumed on site
Any alcoholic drinks purchased must be consumed in the Lookout building
Each guest will receive a complimentary non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival, this is non exchangeable
Basket meals available to purchase on the night, Please advise us of any dietary requirements in advance
