Dementia Drop-Ins  and Wellbeing Groups  - At The Dementia Care Hub we offer emotional and practical support to families, care partners and people living within dementia through the entire journey and beyond. The Dementia Care Hub offers:

  • Weekly social groups - Dementia Drop Ins for advice and information and support. These are held every Wednesday 14.00-16.00 at Carpathia Grange, 2 Southampton Rd, Hythe, Southampton SO45 5GQ (except the first wed of the month where you will find our Carers corner at the Hythe Huddle in Cornerstones, Hythe)   Dementia Drop-Ins | Dementia Care Hub 
  • Well-being groups
  • Therapeutic and educational programmes for carers
  • Carer groups 
  • Long term care planning

Hythe Huddle Dementia Friendly Group  dementiafriendly@cornerstonehytheurc.org.uk

Hythe Huddle is a drop-in and support group for people living with dementia and their carers, organised by Families Matter. They are held the first Wednesday of each month from 2pm-4pm at Cornerstones United Reformed Church, New road, Hythe SO45 6BR.  As well as advice, community and support, activities are planned throughout the year including arts and crafts, entertainment and games.
