Thanks to the generosity of local residents coming along to support our social events this year, including quizzes and live music, we have been able to make a donation of £100 each to two local charities - The Waterside Cancer Support Centre Waterside Cancer Support Centre | Wessex Cancer Support (provides a range of support and therapy services to those living with or affected by cancer) and The Waterside Christmas Appeal of The Handy Trust Youth Work | The Handy Trust | Hythe (supports children and young people in The Waterside who are struggling and need support). Both charities are based in The Grove in the centre of Hythe.
